“Excellent service! We sent our son to pickup our takeout order at 8pm and while on the way, there was a fatal accident on I10 west and the freeway shut down. The boys from Lotus Pho waited 30 minutes of their own time after closing for us to pick up our takeout and placed additional sodas with our takeout free of charge. We are so thankful for their act of kindness. Excellent food as well. Thank you Lotus Pho!“

“Tori’s interaction and customer service was 💯 % Customer service was 100% today and who made it special, Tori (Vittoria D.)when I say 100% I had a Meet & Greet at Panera Bread this morning, and Tori was the only one who assisted me in ordering for attendees by making suggestions for the group, came over and made sure I, along with other guest had what we needed, and brought out bags for left overs. Tori acted as if she was the manager, as managers should!! “I've been here twice so far! I've enjoyed both experiences. The atmosphere is really homey and calm. The baristas are super helpful when deciding what to order to drink. I was recommended the Bolla Sausage with green chile. Between the coffee and baked goods. The quality of the bread, fresh produce, and coffee drinks is phenomenal. I wish I started coming here sooner. This is another local staple shop for me. Hopefully, in the future, they can extend the hours. either way, Love it! Keep doing what you're doing here :)“

“This place is absolutely amazing. They have the best tasting drinks. Protein Shakes and protein coffee. Nalany is super helpful and sweet. I didn’t get the other ladies name but she was amazing also and very helpful. The vibe in this place is amazing. If yall want the best definitely come here!!!!!“

“I’ve been to this cafe many times I am usually very happy with everything I order and the customer treatment is good nothing over the top but always friendly smiles and recommendations are made… tbh I’m kinda obsessed with the cucumber lemonade here everyone must try it!!! this morning however I walked up to the counter and the lady was having a bad day or something she literally rolled her eyes at me made me feel like I was aggravating her so when my son wanted something I rushed to order for him so he wouldn’t get the same treatment. He also likes the lemonade but really wanted something else but I was afraid to ask him since she was already annoyed with us. Not sure what I did aside from walk up to order. but I’ll give this place another shot hopefully it was just a bad day for her.“

“My husband and I went for the first time today. We were greeted as soon as we came in and were asked if we had ever been there before. I said no it’s our first time and so she proceeded to explain how the process works of choosing a tea and how we can ice or blend and even mix flavors. It’s a nice feeling when you walk in somewhere new and they help with explaining their product. We ended up choosing black tea milk boba with coconut and honey... We will definitely be returning due to great tea and customer service and AMAZING!!!!!!“
