“Chorizo Breakfast Burrito with Home Fries was Great! Ordered Home Fries in my Burrito but order had them outside. Prompt service despite it being very crowded. Not much atmosphere wise. Prices a little high.. Overall, best Mexican food I have had in the area and will be a regular customer!“

“I drive through Holbrook 3-4 times a month... sometimes I stop next door to the hotel, and if I stop early enough I'll eat here.... I stopped tonight and got the BBQ Combo Plate, fries, cole slaw and a house salad. Also had a fountain drink. The house salad was brought out first and by the time I finished it, I needed a refill. Jodi got my refill. I finished my salad, Jodi brought my food out... the BBQ meat and fries was amazing, but the Cole Slaw was dry and I only ate two fork fulls of it. I finished my BBQ meat and fries, and my 2nd glass of Coke Zero and just sat there. Jodi never did check on me after dropping off my BBQ plate, if she would, I could have told her about the Cole slaw. I just sat there for at least 15-20 minutes waiting for a check, drink, something... she finally came over... First thing she said "oh sorry, I thought you skipped out and left."... REALLY?!?! I was accused of dipping out on a check!! I take offense to that!! I then told her about the Cole Slaw I couldn't finish.. she said sorry... she then gave me the check, and said "I'll meet you up front for payment.". She didn't care about the empty glass sitting there, i would would have taken a drink to go... I got up immediately and got to the front and paid. I thought maybe she'll comp my drink for the dry Cole Slaw.. nope, still had a $30 ticket! I spent $30 with the restaurant for good food (except the Cole Slaw) and sub par service from the waitress Jodi. Also to note, while I was there a group of 10 came in to eat... well they left after hearing a waitress say how bad of a day she was having to a customer. I'm not sure if it was my waitress saying that, but they wasn't going to risk having bad service and left before getting drinks.“

“This place is a must see and visit. Really awesome atmosphere. There is so much history here. Dating back to the 1920's. It is full of memorabilia. The food ( I had the chicken fried steak) was absolutely amazing. Homemade from scratch cream gravy.... scrumptious. Staff was very welcoming. My waitress was awesome . The manager was very attentive. I ask a lot of questions. We will be visiting this established every trip we make down I-40. I recommend that you try this place out. You will not be disappointed. I've read some reviews about the pricing .... They are very reasonable. But I'll let you make that decision. Stop by and enjoy an amazing place.“

“Arriving at 6;30 on a Thursday night we were able to find a seat in a fully packed restaurant. We were asked about drinks immediately. Since the restaurant was packed the 2 waitresses had their hands full. But they were attentive and kept us updated on our orders. It did take a bit of time however, later we found out there was a single cook who also was training a new staff member. Kudos to the kitchen staff for getting the food out hot and ready to eat. Under the circumstances the limited staff was working they all handled it wonderfully!!“

“A great older truck stop that has been renovated and has newer owners too they have a clothing store inside and a gift shop filled with jewelry, geo rocks, and petrified wood if you’re into that thing they also have fast food with drinks and fresh coffee and the parking lot is large enough for about 100 trucks“
