“Everything. This place is hands down a diamond in the rough. I wish I started going there sooner. Consistency in delicious quality food for reasonable prices. You can tell the staff and owners take pride in everything going on there. The manager is a great people person and it reflects on the other employees because as soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you’re being greeted by an old friend.“

“One word. Amazing! First time here.The restaurant filled up to capacity while we were there. Ordered the Mixed Fried Rice with steak, chicken, and grilled shrimp. Son had the Quesabirria and Street Tacos. Alexa was on top of everything. The food was, well, look at the photos. Presentation was beautiful. Taste was even better. We will DEFINITELY be back.“

“New Hoilday hours are posted! I love Filibertos! My family and I come here often. I'd suggest the Bacon breakfast burrito, Carne asada burritos, (#14 is enough to feed 2 adults) the salsas are delicious and everything is always so fresh and just on point! ( oops, I always forget to get a picture of my food 🤦♀️)“

“We've tried various other shops around Sierra Vista and have been left disappointed. Well, that changed today as we decided to give Rodolfo's Taco Shop a try. They did not disappoint! I had the beef burritos, and my wife had the tostada and beef taco meal. The beef tasted like lengua—full of flavor in both the burritos and taco. The refried beans were tasty as well, something other places around town really struggle to get right.
All in all, we are going back, and you should give this place a try if you haven't been. I wish we had gone sooner—well worth it!

“I had one of the more enjoyable servings of biscuits and gravy since I lived in Tennessee, and the menu had a nice selection of breakfast options. The server was very attentive and kept our coffee refilled. The dining room was nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'll definitely come back to try something else.“

“I love Taco Bell so much, especially the $7 luxe box, which is an insane price. You can get a chalupa, burrito, taco and chips with cheese all for seven dollars. And the staff are really nice and helpful. Overall a great and cheap place to get food.“

“I ate at one of the first ones they opened in Encinitas, California, way back in 1987 and frequented it up until 2004. Living in Kentucky makes you miss the So. Cal. Style Mexican food. What a delight to find Filibertos all over Airizona ?.“
