“Food: fabulous. But really, good food is easy to find here. Ask yourself, when have you had a cauliflower salad that you HAD to finish because flavor, texture and healthy nutrition caused an addiction?

Atmosphere: coming here for 20 years. Something is just a little extra bright these days. Lynn Braxton is a gracious, wonderful man living out a very talented gift here. You feel it in the entire atmosphere. Emily, Tyrell …the whole crew, they create something that can only be encouraged by Lynn. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience even though we came with some severe baggage.

“I checked out Roman's for the first time on a Saturday lunch and loved the mix of history and local charm. The food was tasty with just the right amount of spice, and the fries were a hit too. The atmosphere was fun and laid back, and I’m already planning to come back for a night of country dancing.“

“Ordered the souvenir popcorn, and three souvenir drinks and the total was $35 😵💫 about what you expect to pay at a stadium. I do love how the souvenir items are refillable! So that’s a huge plus when decided which option or size to order. The woman who helped me was super kind and helpful by giving me a tray to carry my items.“

“This hotel is located in what appears to be hotel row. We arrive very late and just needed somewhere to stay and I’ve always liked the Hilton brand. The hotel did not disappoint. We had two very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom and were able to get back on the road in the morning. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the breakfast but had to leave. I would stay again.“

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided attentive, courteous service that made the occasion feel truly special. Their professionalism and warm demeanor set a wonderful tone for the night. The chefs deserve particular recognition. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of remarkable flavor. It was clear that a great deal of care and skill went into each course, and it made the celebration all the more memorable.
