“They put the extra smoothie in a small cup for me. Its the 2nd time they did this, so I guess it’s customary now 🙂

I used to ask other smoothie shops to do this, but they would say that they’re not allowed to, or they would do it saying they could only do it when the owner wasn’t there. So seeing this Robeks do this without me asking was very pleasant.

No extra smoothie goes to waste and I get a little more smoothie😊

“The Elote Man was a hit!. Everyone at our wedding loved the food truck and all the different types of flavors and snacks. We chose a catering package that included cups or cobs of corn, loaded nachos and elote dogs - all of it was great. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. “Tried Dutch for the first time in the morning today cuz the line wasn’t crazy for once like I’m used to seeing at other locations! I’m SO happy I did!!!!! The poor cold girl in the drive line with her tablet and mask (👏👏👏) at 7:45 am was so sweet, friendly and personable! I didn’t get her name but she had good lashes 😅 anyway, she greeted me so sincerely, recommended a drink based off my usual Starbucks order, knew how to build it and mentioned/suggested the app to me. I was in the food industry for 10 years and my husband is corporate (fast) food for nearly 15 years now and we are very picky when it comes to customer service. Recently we have been astounded with how horrible everything is any place we go. This visit was a breath or fresh air and this girl was perfection!!!! When 1 car away from the window I had a bit of a wait (though I didn’t mind) due to something with that car ahead of me, I don’t believe it was a Dutch issue. I could see the girl at the window smiling through her mask and being super friendly, it seemed as though she was chatting with a friend but I’m pretty sure it was ‘just a customer.’ When I rolled up she apologized for the wait, double checked my order and told me to “have a beautiful day” before I left. Also did not see her name but she too had great lashes 🤣 I must be PMS-ing but I literally started crying when texting my husband about how impressive and amazing this whole experience was 😂😍 I want to make sure those girls are rewarded or at least aware of the impact they are and can truly make on people and that Dutch knows what assets they have employed there. Thank you SO much and I will DEFINITELY be back soon!!!! PS- my peppermint white mocha something or other with extra espresso shot was delicious and better than Starbucks 😉“

“My first time trying Scooter’s Coffee, and I must say—I’m so impressed! I was greeted at the drive-thru by Jasmine, such a lovely and friendly lady who made me feel so welcome when I told her I’m new to Arizona. She suggested some amazing drinks, and since I’m a big dark chocolate coffee fan, I went with the Turtle Mocha (dark chocolate), which was absolutely delicious! She also recommended the Caramelicious, another one of their top drinks—definitely worth a try.

At the window, Alyssa, the barista, made my drink perfectly—it was rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The ladies at this location are incredible—kind, professional, and quick. They even explained the rewards program and honored my rewards on the spot.

The drive-thru was fast, the service was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I’m already looking forward to returning and meeting their manager, Melissa, next time. This Camelback Road Scooter’s is one of the best—super clean, efficient, and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t be disappointed! And love how it says “hello pumpkin” on their drink cups! :)“

“Usually a great place, I've been going there for years. Today I was arriving from across town, made it with about 10 minutes to spare the lights are still on so I park and when I walk up the lights are off. It's 5:52, I call since it wasn't 6 (the closing time), and a young lady answers and she can clearly see me standing outside the door and says they closed early because of the weather and they weren't getting any customers. I'm very disappointed with this experience.“
