“Tacos were some of the best that I’ve had here in AZ. The red chicken seasonal tamale was complete fire. It was amazing. The quesadillas were okay as well. I did not care for the Horchata whatsoever. However, it was my first time tasting it, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It tasted of just milk & cinnamon, so it wasn’t a drink I wanted to have with my tacos. None of the family enjoyed it, so we just threw it away. The service was okay. The cashier shorted me .75 cents. Which is not a big deal and I didn’t mention it to her. She kept looking at her drawer and my receipt after she rang me up and I’m assuming noticed that she didn’t have change and handed me back the cash and just walked off to get my drink lol. I was like umm… okay. Since it was just .75 cents I laughed it off, but it was very strange and unprofessional to do that to a paying customer. Other than that, I ordered online and food was ready when I got there and it was very hot, fresh, and delicious.“

“My initial order placed in the drive thru was made incorrectly. I went inside and as I was explaining it to what I believe was a manager, she had this really off-putting look on her face. And I then advised that I informed the young lady in the drive thru how I wanted my food. So I sat down and waited for more food, and as a good gesture she presented me with a slice of cheesecake for the misunderstanding. I graciously accepted but let her know she didn't have to do that. But it was offered in kindness and an attempt to restore the customer experience. I thanked her and the rest of the team and left“

“Stumbled upon this cool restaurant via Google. The burrito was good but would recommend some type of sauce. The salsa was good but SUPER spicy. The street tacos were yummy- mixtos & fried shrimp. The chips and guacamole were also delicious. The waitress was super friendly and attentive.“

“Tacos are the BEST! We’ve tried them all but the shrimp is my favorite, they’ve got a bit of a kick- so yummy! The staff has been amazing. We’ve got a growing group of people who meet up on Tuesdays and they’ve been super accommodating. Nice teacher military and first responders discount as well.“

“First time going today and it was delicious! Ordered tacos adobada, fish taco, and a torta cubana with fries. It was all good but the torta was sooooo good. Also the adobada meat was a bit on the crispy side which I personally like, but others may think it’s over cooked. I loved the flavor tho. Definitely will be going back“

“What a great find. Not 100% typical Tiki that's okay The food &drinks made up for this brand new place which is only going to grow in the decor will evolve. I would recommend this as the number one stop when you're in this area to have a great Tiki drinking great food. Not just great food awesome food. “The tacos are so good.The watermelon and horchata drink is sooooooo good but the only thing bad about them is that it take about 10-30 minutes but its worth the wait per person is around 10-20$ depends on what you get but if you get 6 tacos I think and a drink it's about 15 dollars“

“First of all, service is a bit slow today, but the Birria Ramen was well worth the wait. With a Carajillo drink in my hand, I was chowing down on this delicious soup like no other. The noodles are tender, the beef cooked to perfection, and soup base delicious and flavorful.

This lunch was a belated birthday lunch with my mom, and hanging with my sister and her husband was fun. The only person missing was the love of my life (wife), but she was as busy as a bee at work.

You can never go wrong with any item on the menu. I highly recommend the ramen and tacos.

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rosendo's Taco Shop in Downtown El Cajon and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the salsa had just the right amount of kick, and the guacamole was to die for. Not to mention, the portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable.The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.I highly recommend Rosendo's Taco Shop to anyone looking for amazing Mexican cuisine in the El Cajon area. “While I greatly enjoyed my time at Blanco, I was shocked when I ordered a crunchy taco salad, and it arrived at my table with no hard taco shell! Instead, there were tiny little tortilla strips strewn throughout the other ingredients of an otherwise well cooked meal. It was severely lacking and honestly ended up getting taken home to go. Wasn't bad when eaten like a dip with the chips and salsa served to us earlier in the meal, but TACO SALAD ENJOYERS BEWARE! There is no hard shell here (yet! I'd love to see it make an appearance on the menu!) on this taco salad. Emily was also a fantastic help to us throughout our visit, and was extremely helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything.“

“My first time at Ceviche 101 today, I have been wanted to stop for some time now. It was lunchtime, so I thought I would try the fish tacos. They were outstanding. Fresh, crunchy fish with bright, tangy slaw with an awesome Ensenada style cream. These are sooooo good. I decided to take some tacos to go for my wife, as well as classic tostada. There was enough ceviche to make 4 tostados, they too were awesome. I can't wait to return.“

“I came in for the first time yesterday and I was very pleasantly surprised by just how delicious the food was. Everything is made fresh to order, and full of flavor. I also want to say, they have their proportions absolutely perfect. Many Mexican sushi fusion places like to use way too much rice or fatty meat that's harder to chew but these guys use only the most tender and flavorful pieces of meat and their attention to detail and quality should not be overlooked. I think I spent a little more money than I had expected to going into it, but to be honest it was definitely worth it. They give you a lot of food for the price and the portions along with the amazing flavors and craftsmanship make this place a 10/10. Could not stress enough that you should pop in and try the food. There's no way you'll be disappointed

“First time diners here. The tomahawk pork chop was amazing (sauce on the side). We had a minor issue with the other dish, but the Firebirds team handled it immediately. The service from top to bottom was exceptional and appreciated. Our server, Melissa, was able to have conversations with us without being a distraction from the food. Matt, the manager, was genuine in how he solved our issue. It was a fantastic experience and combined w/ the quality of food, we will be back for date night.“
