Applebee's in Mesa

“We been coming here for awhile now maybe years but there's definitely a closer applebees we could go to.... why we chose this one? CAT! let me say that out louder for the management and especially corporate! CAT IS THE LITERAL BEST SERVER IVE SEEN IN MY LIFE! I don't know her personally or if cat is her nickname but please give that lady a raise! I've watched her bust her behind yet make sure her customers are happy and comfortable! I never used to like to go eat in public but cat just made me feel the love of a genuine human from my first dine in. Applebee's I really hope you read this and if the least your willing to do is just tell cat she may not know it but she really does make a difference to strangers lives with her positive loving personality and attitude at least do that for god.... but..... as a retail manager for many many years I myself know it's hard to find employees like that so please recognize her 🙏. Above and beyond is a understatement! I thought I was special but after watching her work so hard I noticed I was just like the next table... which honestly made me happy. You have a golden employee please don't leave that unnoticed!“

“THANK YOU Applebees for adding crispy pickle fries to your menu WITHOUT milk or egg AND making a clear ingredients list to show it. They are so so delicious and a great allergen friendly appetizer. At buffalo wild wings, I had to play detective and figure that if the pickles with dip had milk and egg, and the dip only had one of those, the pickles must have the other. Absolutely ridiculous, and unnecessary work to find out I can't have them. Thank you for taking the time to be transparent and make a delicious food without 2 of the top 9 allergens. I will be coming back.“

“You have got to ask for Sergio to be your server. He absolutely made our night. He was such a good sport. We were doing a birthday and he made it phenomenal. The week before we had had such a terrible experience at another restaurant that we actually left a bad review, which I don’t know that I’ve done that before. We didn’t even realize how nervous we were about it until we were all sitting down again at a restaurant for a birthday and Sergio just made it so much fun. Thank you for making our night and renewing our Hope in phenomenal servers.“

“Ordered to go....was missing eating utensils as requested for and also messed up my nacho order by putting beef on and forgetting the queso dip. So long story short can not eat the nachos, so dry and gross and I don't eat beef. On the good side the manager offered to remake them the next time I order a to go order. The positive is friendly service, manager willing to fix their mistake. And portion sizes are of the chain. Let me say the portion sizes at Applebee's is way better than Chili's or Red Robin in my opinion. Salad was ok, was dry, could of been better. Great tasting mozzerala sticks. Overall satisfied and will go back. 🙂 And see if they can get the order correct. 🙂“
