“Was looking for a place to have pancakes and stumbled on this gem. (Exploring places since relocating to AZ) Had no idea it was geared towards healthy eating. Multiple locations in the valley.

The seasonal honey butter biscuits were pretty good. I give them a six or seven out of 10. I expected them to be a little bit more fluffy/flakey. The butter and berry compote was delicious. My husband loved his breakfast bowl and I enjoyed my chicken quinoa bowl. My only suggestion would be to season the quinoa. Coffee is weak. But definitely a place I woild come back to. Healthy dining out at an affordable price.“

“I have been coming here since they opened and it’s so delicious. But what makes it great is their team! You feel at home and as a Mexican let me tell you the food is very authentic! The chilaquiles are top notch! Lupita at the bar is so animated and cheerful! Next time I need to have a drink here.“

“The last time for me to eat in IHOP again I saw the server take jelly off of peoples plates that she cleaned off from the table and the ones that were on opened. She put them back with the rest of the jelly I ordered regular pancakes came out they came out with lemon, something and whip cream on them. I just like regular pancakes she said I thought you asked for that I didn’t ask for it but everything was cold service was crappy at all. It’s like a freak, so it is so never again I’m done with IHOP.“

“This is one of my favorite IHop locations. The service is always good (especially Carrie), the food is always fresh and well presented. The staff is always accommodating. One of my biggest pet peeves when eating of is not getting the “experience” that eating out brings. Tip culture has made tips “expected” versus “earned” and the service aspect that is essential to creating that “experience” has been increasingly more difficult to find. This is a huge reason I appreciate the service I receive at this location. I’ve had the pleasure of having Carrie several times and every time gives me the “experience” that I crave for myself and my family.“

“First time at the waffle house and the food was the bomb. The wait wasn't long at all to sit down. The only issue was that two groups who got seated before us got their orders taken and served before us...we got out order taken like 15 minutes after being seated. Overall it was a good experience.“

“My Favorite time of the week to come here , are Saturday nights, the crew and manager here always ALWAYS gives me great service , attitude and hospitality. Never fails to impress me...even for an IHOP. Even when the staff changes, it’s always warm smiles and laughter 🤭.
My go to is late night breakfast and their milkshakes 🫶🏼 strawberry to be exact, it’s like they know what a perfect late night breakfast is! Not Only but it’s the perfect place to do my studying for finals and catching up on online work files I have to do before the weekends done.
To sum up : great staff , great hours that they are open for (24/7) , amazing breakfast food , calm study setting and the only IHOP that I’m willing to come to on Saturday night.“
