“There are very few fast food places I eat anymore. Once I lived on them. Now I very careful where I spend my money. They have to have quality and they have to be priced right. This location is great. The employees are super nice and the owner is too. I love skipping the line ordering from my app and they bring it to my table. Usually quickly. They also fix any issues fast (not that many to speak of).“

“I really enjoyed my meal at Krispy Krunchy Chicken! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, especially the spicy fried chicken. The sides were also pretty good. I especially liked the mac and cheese, though the coleslaw was a little bland for my taste. The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that it can get a little crowded during peak hours, so be prepared to wait a bit. Overall, a solid choice for a tasty chicken dinner!“

“We went today for the Cow Appreciation Day. I was impressed with the efficiency (even at the busiest time of the day after school pick up) and made the experience fun! As a working-mom (who was trying her best to get through the drive thru and make this experience fun), Aidan was our kind cashier. We had a yummy dinner and spent the evening playing and having a fun night playing with our Chick-fil-A costumes/ signs from the website and toys. Great staffing and a huge compliment on the staff today who were welcoming and complimented all the kids/parent costumes (no matter how big or small) and chose kindness.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“I recently visited Angry Chickz in Mesa and had an overall decent experience. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and the portions were generous. I also liked the variety of spice levels, although the higher levels definitely pack some heat!

One thing that stood out was that there was only one employee working when we visited. Despite being on their own, they were doing their best to handle the customers and keep things moving. However, having only one person managing everything did make the service slower than expected.
Overall, the food was good and the experience was okay. I think having additional staff during busy times would make a big difference in the service and overall customer experience.“

“The chicken is normally really good, but today I was a little disappointed. The chicken wasn't as crispy and crunchy as it usually is and the fries were dry and seemed old. Normally everything is amazing but today just mediocre. I will continue to get my fried chicken there because it is really good. This was the first time in years I was a little put off by my purchase. If you have not had this chicken yet it is a must if you like fried chicken. This location is a convenience store, but the Krispy Krunchy Chicken sold inside is amazing.“

“Chloe took our order and was very nice. As we were waiting i noticed her walking orders to tables, taking orders, getting drinks. Our order was taking longer than expected so I walked to to the counter on the side and saw our order waiting. As she finished taking another order i pointed and asked for it. She politely got it, apologized for the wait. I felt terrible bc since we had come in the restaurant for busy. There was a lot of help in the drive-thru but only 1 cashier doing EVERYTHING. I had to come back up bc our fries were cold, she was maintaining composure and kept smiling. I mentioned she needs back up and she sofly said several people called out. I was impressed how polite she was and how hard she was working. I don't of a lot of people who would've been able to keep a smile with the over load she had. She should get a bonus!“
