It’s amazing to see God’s gifts coming through the hands of people, and Nicole was amazing teacher and hostess. Her class on making sourdough and her booklet was thorough and I left feeling equipped to start making my own sourdough. We fed a starter to take home, shaped bread, got our fingers in the dough and brought one baked loaf, two ready for shaping and baking, and a starter for the future loaves. Absolutely loved learning all things sourdough bread making! Nicole’s class is beyond amazing. From her wisdom of organic flours to bake with and the tiny crystal rose quartz hearts placed on our new starters to raise the vibration. What an amazing experience. Nicole is a gifted teacher and the flow of her teaching between talking and hands-on is the perfect balance. If you ever want to learn about sourdough and how to make it this is the perfect place to start and get everything you need. Also would be a great gift or to go with a mother daughter or friends!
