Nichole puts on a dynamite class! She is super knowledgable and informative and patient. We asked so many questions that we ran overtime leaving no time for a fun photo! The hands on experience has been essential as a reference guide at home. I am so glad that I did this as a “special birthday” gift to my daughter-in-law!
10/10 experience! For the Love of Sourdough‘s beginner class was amazing!! Not only did I learn so much about the art and science of sourdough making, the class was a lot of fun! Nicole is so knowledgeable and she provided a warm and safe space for learning. Of course the best part was tasting the sourdough we baked. I’m so excited to start my sourdough journey! Thank you so much to Nicole for being a great teacher and hostess :)
This was such a fun, adorable and engaging class. Nicole explains all things beginner sourdough in a way that is easy to understand and enjoyable. I felt totally comfortable attending this by myself, although it would be such a cute activity for a girls day out, or celebration. Nicole’s house is so cozy and was super easy to find. She has a lot of signage out front so no anxiety about wondering if you are at the right place!
