“Nothing too special about this location, except for maybe the fact that if you sit down for longer than 2-3 minutes, i'd be willing to bet you interact with or at least see some degree of vagrancy amongst the immediate area. Ive gone to this Jack for years, and let me just say, they deserve medals for having to deal with so many temperamental, impolite people

“Food is alright. App makes it better. Employees are alright but I hate standing around for 5mins when I can see my food. Late night/less employees I get it but come on. 4 drive through orders before getting me my things and no gloce/hand washing“
“I am only putting a five-star review because I care about the people that actually work at this location. But I would submit a one-star review if I could for a particular worker named Laura. She is argumentative and rude all together. I meant to put a review a long time ago but I have had enough. I have had multiple interactions with her where she's just unfriendly and today she wanted to argue with me about my order. I should be allowed to order anything that's on your menu especially when it has a dollar amount. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and she continuously tries to make me order a supreme without ham. I do not order it this way due to the significant difference in cost nor should I be forced to. I wish for this lady to not work at this location. I have been coming here for over a year and I've never had an issue until every time she works. If it is true that I cannot order anything à la carte please send me the company policy because that's what she claims. So if it is in writing I will be more than happy to comply. But if it is not the case then she shouldn't be able to work the window if she's just simply lazy to ring it up!“
“I'm a Jack in the box fan. You can't go wrong with the tacos although I love when the have the monster tacos even better. They had the bonus jacks on promo. That was my favorite burger decades ago before the discontinued it. These promo ones are super tiny and dry. Go with the jumbo jack for a better value.“

Never seem to disappoint me.
My only issue is some of the employees are lazy.
One day me and my husband went over there because the burgers we got the night before the buns were hard a long story short the manager ended up calling the police on us and we got trespassed because we told them about their burgers we had. We couldn't even enjoy our burgers because the buttons were hard so we had to to take half of the bun off. And also that was the worst Burger I've ever had from Jack in The box. Anyways on the way home the Police stopped us to tell Ashley was trespassed but they went too far when all they have to do was really just tell us we was trespassed and leave us alone but I ended up going to jail because the lady want to call the police for no reason.“
“I would've given it 5 stars but I didn't get any ranch sauce. I ordered tacos and was only given 4 hot sauce packets and no ranch. You should always get ranch when ordering tacos. It might seem a bit petty of me but that's my opinion. Other than that it was great.“
“I needed to get out so I took a ride on my scooter over there. And had a $5 order of mini tacos they tasted surprisingly like their big tacos. I love their tacos because they have that delightful disgusting flavor. And I mean that in a very nice way I just don't know how else to say it. “It would be nice if they made the burgers as for themselves. Majority of the time my burgers sauces and condiments are half sliding off the bun never in the middle. I end up with the ass of the lettuce( u know that white hard peice near the root) anyways after I take the burger apart and center everything, it's pretty good. Fries are always on point!!“

The service is hit or miss, in large part because of the speaker system they have for the drive-thru, as most of the time you can't hear the employee and they can't hear you. There is one employee who makes our day whenever he waits on us, Elijah. He has a great attitude, rarely makes a mistake on the order, and has a great smile that makes you feel that he really cares. Wish more places had an employee like him. This is our only Jack in the Box we eat at because it is the best.“
“The Mexican girls that are excellent . Definitely a good place to pick up a bite to eat. Or dine-in. The tables were well worn but that didn't bother me. I liked the women that work there. Food is Jack in the box food so it's pretty damn good.“
“UPDATE...What was I thinking? Must have caught them on a good day. Today, 12/02/24, they have failed once again. How disappointing to spend over $40 to get home and your order is wrong! Went back and I asked the counterboy "what would you do?" He looked at me and said. I'd put it in the microwave!! DONE with this POS! AVOID, AVOID...AVOID! Stopped by this Jack in the Box on Power Rd, and I gotta say—it was an experience. Ordered the smash burger, which was definitely smashed. Fresh? Yes. Salty? Also yes. Pretty sure my sodium intake is covered for the next week.
Also got a shake, which was less of a drink and more of a dairy-based endurance challenge. I tried to sip it, but my straw just laughed at me. Ended up waiting for it to melt like some kind of milkshake amateur.
Overall, solid fast food joint. Just bring a chisel for the shake and a gallon of water to balance out the salt.“
“This morning I went to Jack in The box get to get some breakfast. Jenice did a phenomenal job and whoever was with her also did a great job. Jenice had good customer service and was very kind. I know it is just a fast food restaurant but when I get good service and my food is good I have to comment about it.“

“I got stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I even got a chance to place my order!!! There was only 2 cars ahead of me to order. That’s ridiculous. The drive thru doesn’t move, this was during lunch rush. Be prepared!**Edit**Since making this post I’ve been to this location several times. Wait times are no longer an issue. The staff is always very friendly and make my day. Plus no skimping on the sauce and who doesn’t love that?“
