Jimmy John's in Mesa

“I usually love this place generally the food is good, fresh and the staff follows directions but this time they put mayo on my sandwich when I asked them not to then slopped another sandwich together and threw it at me. Not happy this time.“

“I’ve gone to this location countless times and every time the food I get is awesome and is made with care. The workers there are awesome I’ve gotten to know one of them and she’s a sweet heart.

“I'm not sure why there are such mixed reviews because I've had a good experience here.
The workers are cool, and they stick up for you; they let me and my friends hang out and do our homework (great for us, as Lost Dutchman refugees [see review for that]); almost every time I go there during my lunch hour, you'll see, like, 10 construction workers or firefighters there eating; and the food tastes like Jimmy John's. What's not to like?
I haven't been going much lately, but previous experiences tell me it's still great. 5 stars!“

“The food is consistent and a good product. What made this experience 5+ star worthy was their guest service. Rose went above and beyond! A huge order with short notice and they came through. Not only that, but when I realized I didn't order enough food and had to order more, Rose made sure to save the day again. Obviously, credit goes to the whole team, but I only talked to Rose. On Mother's Day, my restaurant staff was fed, all were happy, and the food energy came through in the clutch.“

“We ordered online and while driving to pick it up, they called because we had requested wheat bread on one of the sandwiches, but they were out of it. So, they asked what we would prefer instead. That was great customer service, thank you! Also, they actually got our "customizations" correct, which doesn't always happen for me at other locations.“

“Loved the sandwiches! Front girl was not helpful. I asked when I could order add ons and she pointed up somewhere, then said "Sorry, I don't ask... No I'm not sorry, it's freaky fast." Confusing. The two guys working behind were awesome and later explained how it worked, and made the experience great. I tried to use tap to pay but it wasn't working and I asked her about it, and she said it often doesn't work, so I suggested to perhaps tell people that ... to help make it "freaky faster".“

“The store and your staff are amazing. However, there was some kind of a manager in there today (big guy with a mustache) that decided to throw a hissy fit in front of all the customers. He made it very uncomfortable for your staff who had to apologize profusely for his behavior. He threw something on the counter that made a very loud noise and went stomping around the store until he decided to go out the back door. You need to look into the behavior of this guy,very inappropriate. Again though the entire staff, besides that guy, are amazing.“

“I go here everyday before driving lyft. Pretty good sandwiches. Healthier than kfc and burger king and most fast food joints. Little pricey, but worth it to me. I get it without the chips and the soda. Because I have high blood pressure. Their sandwiches fill me up.
The service is great. I try to eat a different sandwich every time. I usually.
Ask what sandwich would you recommend. I seem to like the italian or the beach club.
