I just had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s! I placed a catering order this morning at 10:30 for 48 sandwiches, and to my surprise, they were ready exactly when I arrived. The general manager, JT, did an outstanding job putting everything together in such a short amount of time.

The service was not only professional but also personable, making the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering catering from them again! Thank you, JT, and team!“

“I placed an order at 11:27 a.m. for two Picklewiches (the Pickle Ranch), along with cookies, for delivery. I usually do pickup since I live just three minutes away, but with the anniversary of my daughter’s passing, I’ve been feeling depressed and decided to pay the extra charge for delivery instead.

After 30 minutes with my order still showing as “received,” I called the store. They explained that they only had one driver who was backed up, but that my order would be prioritized once he arrived. Another 20 minutes later, the app stopped tracking the order, which usually means it’s been delivered.

I went to the store, and they told me the driver had already picked it up. I went back home and waited another 10 minutes, but the delivery still didn’t arrive. I called again, and they said the driver told them he was on his way and would be there shortly. I waited another 15 minutes—still nothing.

I ended up going back to the store and had to request that my food be remade. In total, it took over an hour and a half, plus I paid extra for delivery and even left a tip for a service I never received. I wasn't going ask for a refund on the delivery fee because the cashier already looked defeated or as if he was having a rough day himself but they still left the cheese off the sandwiches! Like I don't understand!

Overall, this experience was extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day.

Update: I shared my feed back as requested. The GM immediately reached out and provided a sincere apology. They offered to remake the order and issue a refund. I am very appreciative and satisfied with the resolve. Thank you so much Kailauni! 💜“

“Ordered delivery, paid w/apple cash. Order delivered with balance owed??? Went through all that because paying over the phone didn’t go smoothly either. Brandon, general manager, delivered himself and assisted with the payment mess. EXTRA, EXTRA, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BRANDON. Funny thing is, I ordered a different sandwich than I normally get EVERY TIME and I don’t like the sandwich I got!!!! Ordered a new bank card that I can READ! Guess it’s ONE OF THOSE DAYS!!!!!!! THANK YOU BRANDON!!! I’ll get my usual sandwich from now on.“

“I just came out of it because I am waiting for my family at the dentist and I was hungry And out of all the restaurants this was the most appealing and I am so happy we picked this because the food is amazing. When I asked for extra pickles and I mean EXTRA!! They shocked and amazed me because that is exactly what they did. YES! They were super fast too! I would definitely recommend this to my friends
