“Very friendly and helpful! When I pick up my orders and have my babies with me I call and ask if they can bring the food out to me in my car. And everytime they do it for me which is so convenient. Also as a past JJs employee (not this location) I know that is not required of them to do but they still do it and I appreciate it a lot. As a mom any little help like this goes a long way. Food is also always yummy of course! 😊😊“

“The food is always good from this location. Occasional issues with getting the order correct, but overall the taste has been good. This establishment on Power Rd and Ray has a very annoying squeaky door at the entrance, please get it fixed to elevate the customer experience for those dining in. The bathrooms were clean, you need a code to use them, but all you have to do is ask a staff member. Staff are friendly, food is good, and tables and inside were clean and welcoming.“

“3/12/26 2:40pm stopped in for a bite while my electric car was charging. Fast and friendly service. Clean restrooms. I ate their beef gyro and it was fabulous! Soft warm bread with fresh ingredients. Crispy cucumbers and the dressing was excellent. The meat was flavorful and it all came together perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place“

There was an issue with my order from the previous week, and Alex took the time to look into it to figure out why I hadn’t received the refund that I was supposed to be issued. He was super polite and cared about resolving my issue. He made it right and assured if I had any issues in the future to call and he would make sure it was taken care of. I already loved Jimmy John’s Sandwiches and folks like Alex is why I come back, Thanks Bro!“
