“I go to this Jimmy John's three times a week and I always get the chicken Caesar wrap. It is the best thing in the world. I've never seen Faith there but I have to say she is a great asset to the team. She repeated the order back. She made sure to write on each sandwich so I knew which one was which her personality was amazing. Her customer service was great. The jimmy rewards are pretty good with an occasional deal as well I love the number 13 with crunchy onions and regular onions every time it hits the spot the jimmy Cuban for the win! “I was very very disappointed that I could not leave a tip with my card when I paid every other Jimmy John’s I go to I can leave a tip with my card. These young guys here were very friendly made me a great sandwich, but I didn’t have any cash to leave a tip what’s wrong with the boss of this place not making sure they can have an option to leave it tip with card“
“Love the food, hate that I am expected to tip at a fast food restaurant. Would prefer that is taken off the options! Or pay your staff a service based wage and do not expect your customers to tip on a 20.00 dollar sandwich that there is no service provided.“

“I’m new in midtown , the previous weekend I needed some protein after a good work out… it was leg day and core day “oh yeah”!! So I ordered a country club combo and it was made like my nana made it with care , the lady with the puffy hair was patient with me and very optimistic to say the least and the other lady asked if I needed anything else politely , overall I felt very welcomed and I’ve ordered catering since then

“My office orders from here regularly and I finally decided to try a sandwich last week. It was really yummy! Our to-go orders have always been prepared and ready for pickup at the time as they were requested and drinks are made at pickup. Staff is always polite and welcoming. We have never had an issue and will keep coming back.“

“I always order pick up from here since I live so close. Food is always made on time, correct, and delicious and I usually get something different every time! Staff is friendly and everything goes smoothly/quick. Store is clean, never super busy.“
“Okay the delivery for this location is not perfect. I don’t appreciate not receiving emails or texts saying that my delivery is on the way or is delayed or anything. I would appreciate it if you would improve this because I have been waiting for a delivery and it hasn’t come at the time I requested.“
