Jimmy John's in Phoenix

“Jordan is such a baddie. Came in here super hungover and she made me feel so much better. She’s was so kind, welcoming, helpful, charismatic, and a sunshine of a human being. We need more people like her in this world. Get this lady a raise!!!!“

“I go to this Jimmy John's three times a week and I always get the chicken Caesar wrap. It is the best thing in the world. I've never seen Faith there but I have to say she is a great asset to the team. She repeated the order back. She made sure to write on each sandwich so I knew which one was which her personality was amazing. Her customer service was great. Faith is wonderful and I will be coming back and hopefully I will get to see Faith every time. Thank you, Faith“

“Every time I eat Jimmy John’s it is truly really fast and reliable the servings are always more than reasonable! The people working here also have a pretty stellar attitude as well! The jimmy rewards are pretty good with an occasional deal as well I love the number 13 with crunchy onions and regular onions every time it hits the spot the jimmy Cuban for the win! Thanks jimmy johns“

“I had a wonderful experience with the cashier named shay at this location! She was very personable and friends to chat with. This is the first time I have ever had an experience with a jimmy John's employee that was pleasant and talkative. Thank you for having her as your employee!“

“I will stop in after work periodically and Kelly is ALWAYS working. No matter how busy she is (and she’s always busy) she will make you feel like you’re the only thing she has going on. I appreciate that level of customer service so much!!! Thanks, Kelly! You’re the best.“

“I enjoy coming to this restaurant with my wife mainly because of the people that work here. Obviously the food is great , but the team at this location is what keeps us coming back. I want to shout out Jen, Corwin and Angelina specifically. Great work guys!!!“

“Love the food, hate that I am expected to tip at a fast food restaurant. Would prefer that is taken off the options! Or pay your staff a service based wage and do not expect your customers to tip on a 20.00 dollar sandwich that there is no service provided.“

“Service was amazing. Came in 10 minutes before closing. He didn’t have a problem to serve me. System was not working. He made it work. He got a smile when he said hi and everything was amazing. Food was good too. Antonio was the person at the cashier“

“Okay the delivery for this location is not perfect. I don’t appreciate not receiving emails or texts saying that my delivery is on the way or is delayed or anything. I would appreciate it if you would improve this because I have been waiting for a delivery and it hasn’t come at the time I requested.“

“I would like to take a moment to commend the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Cameron. His assistance in setting up my rewards has been valuable. (free sandwich and chips so far) & Cameron consistently greets me by name when I come in and asks if I would like to order my usual sandwich. Thanks Cameron! Please keep up the good work!

#1 with hot peppers is the perfect lunchtime treat 🤑“

“I’m new in midtown , the previous weekend I needed some protein after a good work out… it was leg day and core day “oh yeah”!! So I ordered a country club combo and it was made like my nana made it with care , the lady with the puffy hair was patient with me and very optimistic to say the least and the other lady asked if I needed anything else politely , overall I felt very welcomed and I’ve ordered catering since then
and I’m playing on doing it again and again and again , thank you“

“Sooo lets just say the guy that works is phenomenal 💯💯💥💥👌👌 He definitely knows his stuff he answered all our questions was sooo polite explained everything. Honestly the best experience!! We will definitely be back 😁😁My lady got a #9 I got a number #16.Also They taste Amazing 👏 🤩 😋 😉 😜“

“I was very very disappointed that I could not leave a tip with my card when I paid every other Jimmy John’s I go to I can leave a tip with my card. These young guys here were very friendly made me a great sandwich, but I didn’t have any cash to leave a tip what’s wrong with the boss of this place not making sure they can have an option to leave it tip with card“

“Even though I was short with them because bathrooms weren’t open (sorry, I was just hungry), both workers were very nice. Our subs were awesome! I had Club Lulu and my husband has a toasted Italian. We’ll definitely come back when we’re back this way.“

“I always order pick up from here since I live so close. Food is always made on time, correct, and delicious and I usually get something different every time! Staff is friendly and everything goes smoothly/quick. Store is clean, never super busy.“

“Best servers and Sandwich artist in the game. Very polite and I like their neighbors they give out free drinks be respectful to these boys. They deserve a crown. They give out a everlasting impression of customer service and deserve a raise.“
