Poor customer service. Stopped for lunch with my kids today (2-5-24) around 2:30pm. Proceeded to order, was cut of mid sentence so the employee could tell me “mayo comes on the sandwich, tell what you want me to add or take off” I was going to say mayo, oil and vinegar and pickles only. It took me over 20 minutes to get a sandwich. I watched the workers focus on making additional loafs of bread rather than serving the lunch rush. I ordered two sandwich’s and they said we will do a giant to save you money. Once I got my sandwich it was missing the cheese and the staff was very rude when I asked why it was not two separate sandwiches. They were also “out of ice” for the soda machine. We ordered sandwiches for our company outing this past weekend and they were great. Jimmy John's definitely has great bread for sandwiches. Everyone one loved them. Wanted to make a note that they were ready on time and very helpful upon pick up. We mentioned them to everyone where they came from and told them to stop by this location to support it.
