I commonly have my orders messed up at this location, but today it was messed up twice. I went in and ordered an 8 with pickles and peppers and a 12 with peppers and bacon. The 12 was made as 5 and then the remade 12 didn’t get bacon to it. The staff seemed like nobody wanted to be there, no smiles or greetings and they were all slow. Jimmy John's is a clean and busy restaurant known for quick and friendly service. They use fresh ingredients in their meals, such as the highly-rated lettuce-wrapped tuna sandwich, which one customer enjoyed so much they finished it in one sitting. The staff, including Jorge and Javi, are polite and provide excellent service, making it a great place for a tasty and satisfying meal. Customers appreciate the fast delivery service, with one person mentioning their food arrived in just 15 minutes after ordering on the app. Another customer praised the welcoming staff and quick preparation of their sandwich, noting the positive attitude of the employees even late on a Friday night. Despite some minor issues with ordering mods and rewards, the overall experience is positive, and many find the staff to be accommodating and friendly.
