“Had such a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location in Scottsdale! The customer service here is top-notch—Jasmine, Tay, and Maria were all so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their warmth and positive energy made my quick visit extra special. The location is spotless, the restrooms are very clean, and the service was fast and efficient.
As always, my go-to tuna sandwich was perfect—fresh, tasty, and made just the way I like it. Honestly, this is one of the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever visited. I even made a new friend outside—a cute little crow that stopped by to say hello! 🐦⬛

“This Jimmy John’s is AWESOME! I accidentally walked in 15 minutes before they opened and they still helped me! Not only that, I was getting my birthday sandwich but the one I wanted wasn’t the right one to qualify! They helped me get the sandwich I wanted, just having to pay a little bit over the free sandwich. Genuinely such kind and wonderful service! Thank you so much!!! ❤“
“I first went across the road to jersey Mike's and got there 30 minutes before closing,well as I walked up guy locks door on said there closed so I went to Jimmy johns where I shudve went first and ofcourse they were open the guy lady was so friendly and dinning area super clean great job Jimmy johns“
