Jimmy John's in Scottsdale

“So many bad reviewsI just don't get why. Perhaps most of them are old and whatever the problem was it has been fixed. Frist off I am a big fan of JJs especially their unwich. This location is always clean and the staff is always extremely friendly. My food comes out fast and exactly how I wanted it. I am not sure what else anybody could want.“

“We stopped here to take a sandwich to the ballpark. We got the Giant size. They were very accommodating in the preparation and wrapped the two halves separately and each half was also cut in half. The sandwich was able to feef the two of us for lunch and dinner. Lots of meat on it and the bread had a nice texture.“

“Jimmy John's is a great place. The prices are adequate and having a drive-through certainly is convenient. But as a former training store manager in the restaurant business, I'll tell you what they're all missing. And by all I mean McDonald's Burger King Wendy's anybody with the drive-thru. They need to limit the orders to under $35 for the drive-thru too many times, especially on a Friday night. You get stuck behind some guy who's buying dinner for his entire family and should be going inside the restaurant to place these large orders instead. He's taking up our valuable time going through the quickie line. At a certain point in the order the order taker should say. I'm sorry sir. You've reached out 30 or $40 limit. I'll be happy to transfer that order to in store purchase if you'd like to park and come inside.“

“Lured in by the sign for "Free Smells", I stopped in for one. I didn't set foot on the property aside from opening the door and smelling, and I have to say, the free smell is delightful considering the price. I've paid more for worse smells, that's for sure. Of course, if I paid less that would be somebody paying me to smell something, which on the surface is a "no". Good luck Jimmy John's...you should do more than just free smells. I think you have a burgeoning business here.“
