“Came in Sunday night and never been to Jimmy John's before. The young blonde lady at the cashier talked with me for a while about all of the sandwiches. She was extremely patient and helpful. She convinced me to try a toasted Italian sandwich with mustard and pickles, safe to say I was sold. Will be back here to get some sammies for me and the hubby🩷“

“The food is consistent and a good product. What made this experience 5+ star worthy was their guest service. Rose went above and beyond! A huge order with short notice and they came through. Not only that, but when I realized I didn't order enough food and had to order more, Rose made sure to save the day again. Obviously, credit goes to the whole team, but I only talked to Rose. On Mother's Day, my restaurant staff was fed, all were happy, and the food energy came through in the clutch.“
