I absolutely love going up to Mount Lemmon for the nature even if it’s just for a day drive. It is so peaceful out there and there are so many different stops to visit such a monumental place if you want to get out of the Tucson heat. So many things to see, and now a lot of different places and restaurants to visit and there are a bunch of different shops available to go to and visit.
Mount Lemmon in Tucson, Arizona, is a beautiful, serene getaway. As you ascend along the Catalina Highway, the landscape transforms from desert to alpine forest. At the top, you’ll be treated to stunning vistas, hiking trails, and even a cozy village with shops and restaurants. It’s a perfect day trip and a must visit for nature lovers.

Great views, temperatures, people were nice, band did their best, fudge shop nice overall good.
Food was expensive for a tiny brat, hard bread roll, 1/4 cup plain sauerkraut, 1/4 + cup potato salad. This was not good and is what brought down the rating. Bring your own food or try the restaurants up there. Beer was okay. Our two small meals, drink, were $47 I believe.
Glad we went, have hiked up there many times...
