“Great atmosphere, friendly and fast service!“

“I have to say we were very disappointed this time we've been coming to the keg for years. This visit was not a good experience we had sat down to eat. Other people came in after I sat down to eat eight and left before we even got our food. I ordered my stake medium. It came out, medium rare I mean they gave us free dessert, but really doesn't make up for the experience. I do have to say our server was great. She kept checking on us. I don't think it was her fault as obviously the kitchen.“

“Interior: Very nice and inviting. Staff: very friendly and attentive. Food: Was pretty good, sandwich needed more flavor though. Lemonade wasn’t very strong. Got a little busy after we arrived but wasn’t very loud at all and we could still hear each other talking so it was still pleasant. Total: $24 before tip. :)“

“We live super close to licks and I love to always try a different flavor and there custom milkshakes are so good also, if you look to the right of the fridge and between the lounge area on the wall there’s a menu for a bunch of different types of ice cream like one is a peanut butter sorta vibe ice cream cone and also another amazing thing is there staff they are always so friendly, I highly recommend this if your driving by or if you are eating dinner somewhere near I definitely recommend stopping by.“

“Food was delicious; service was excellent; but the best part is it's small, just a few “booths” & the acoustics are wonderful. Tho' the restaurant was full, my husband & I could actually carry on a conversation in normal tones & enjoy a quiet dinner. Soo unusual when dining inside in a restaurant! They are all sooo noisy! Thank you Renee's! We will definitely b back!! One warning: I burned the roof of my mouth on my pizza! It came out piping hot, which is good, but I'll b sure to let it cool a bit next time before biting in!!“

“Good pizza, can give a bit more for the taste to get five stars. It had a chain pizza parlor taste,not very original. Ingredients are good but like your domino's,hut or other. The balance of bread is a bit too much that shadows the food. Still ok pie“

The menu options will cater to those looking for an escape from the usual burgers and boring salads that other places offer. Boring is NOT in the menu at Flower Child!! There is much to discover, enjoy, and feel good about here. My next trip to Tucson will be here before you know it. “Stopped in today for Sonoran Restaurant week. We tried everything on the prix fixe menu and it was all delicious! Our server Daniela was also the bartender and she was on the ball. “Our server, Cheyenne greeted us promptly and took our drink & appetizer order of lettuce wraps.. She was not aware that we were there celebrating my wife's birthday, which I thought would've been conveyed to her since it was noted on our reservation. Our meals were very good! My wife had Mongolian chicken & broccoli, and I had Mongolian beef. Her meal was excellent! Mine was very good, however, the beef could of been more tender for my liking. “The service is among the best in Tucson, our server is always welcoming, prompt and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and specials, no matter who serves us when we go. The menu is expansive and everything sounds delicious, but I keep coming back for the chef’s creative specials. Wild Garlic truly has a unique and flavorful style when it comes to the beautiful food and the carefully crafted cocktails. To me, the price is more than worth the experience!“

“Hidden away in a little shopping mall, with an unusual name, this Vietnamese bistro is super.
The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the western style menu like the grilled salmon is good and presented well. The spring rolls are very good. Servers are thoughtful and attentive.
But the best is the Vietnamese specialty section of the menu.
Go eat there for lunch or dinner, just make sure your order includes what you won’t t find anywhere else in Tucson or Oro Valley- Great Vietnamese dishes, all served with an abundance of fresh herbs.“

“My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time last Saturday and we certainly were glad we stopped by. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the manager on duty, Ronaldo, to our server, Dominic. The food was excellent and service was great. We would highly recommend this restaurant to our friends.“

“We generally recommend this bakery. Usually on Saturdays, the place is brimming with pastries and cakes in the cold case. We come once a month from San Tan Valley and stock up, which is a ways to go with gas prices so high . This past Saturday, there was a limited amount of pastries and what we bought was very good as usual. However we bought 3 different cake slices and got home and they were stale! The cake part was stiff as a board and I guess we should have known since there were not many in the cold case and these obviously were leftover. We were so very disappointed. Just wondering if they are going out of business.“

“I can't have spice, jalapeños and so on, and that includes black pepper. I told the server no spice but forgot to mention pepper. The food was so good but there was too much black pepper for me. Our waiter got me a glass of milk and profusely apologized. I'd still recommend their food. Oh and I got a Prickly Pear margarita; it was soo good, nice and smooth. Everyone else in our party loved their meals. My youngest got a Basque cheesecake with carmel sauce for dessert and loved it. The tiramisu was fabulous. We had reservations for Sunday dinner so it was pretty quiet since most folks had already checked out of the hotel.“
