McDonald's in Oro Valley

“Came in here with my husband on a Tuesday around 5PM. Honestly, this location provided the BEST customer service I've received. We normally go to the Oracle Rd McDonald's for the service. Now I'm cheating on them! 😂 Anyways, I want to give a big shout out to Alexander. You could tell immediately, what a hard, honest, efficient worker he is. He was zooming by, to help outside orders. While multitasking like a champ inside, super impressive! He even went above and beyond for us, I'm 8 months pregnant and he did the whole order for us on the kiosk 🥹 just super sweet, telling me I'm eating for two, I have to get this hahaha. He right, he right. There was a mess up with our order being give to someone else. However, this didn't not tarnish our experienceon the contrary. Here is where I felt all the staff were amazing. Got to see such an amazing teamwork, Sally had everyone's back. This team is the type that deserves a raise immediately! Give them the a raise, so they never leaves us 😂“

“My experience today for lunch was excellent. I was very happy with my purchase of an excellent cooked Double Quarter Pound Cheese 🍔 Burger, and the fabulous French Fries that always taste so delicious at this location. I am very satisfied with the people I deal with here when I stop by for lunch. The manager Geraldo is very friendly and especially accommodating when any questions arise from other customers in the area. McDonald’s this is my favorite location! Thanks so much!😄❤️“
