“260 cafe is always a solid choice for breakfast all day and lunch. My favorite item on the menu is the rainbow omelet (photoed here). The veggies and any fruit (on the side) is always fresh and never caned. Hash browns are always crisp and we always leave so full. The service is always friendly and small town diner vibe where the coffee keeps on coming (best spot in the house is at the kitchen bar).Kid-friendliness: Order the hot chocolate and your kids will love it. Topped with very high whipped cream and sprinkles.“
“Driving through Payson to do a little 4-wheeling in the Jeep & fishing....had to stop at Piñon Cafe! One of my favorite breakfast places in AZ. The inside of the cafe feels like a cabin and they always treat you super nice and friendly. I went with the 2-2-2 - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 pancakes with a side of hash browns (and as you can see in the pic, extra butter for the pancakes). Absolutely loved it! And you can't come here and not get one of their gigantic cinnamon rolls....as in if you don't get one, there should be a penalty or points taken away from you, or your taste buds are put on mute for a few days as punishment. Scale of 1 to 10, I'll never not stop here when I'm in Payson! Love you Piñon...love you so much!“
“Only 4 stars because of how crowded it is there. BUT, that is due to the great food. I had breakfast. First time EVER in my life that my eggs were cooked medium. Exactly how I like them. Pancakes and bacon, perfect. Next time in Payson to eat, I would be happy to eat there again. Our group enjoyed their food as well.“
