“My daughter and I stopped in here for lunch after filming some homes for a YouTube video I was creating for the community. The food was amazing. My daughter is 18 and kind of picky, and she loved it. We split a sandwich and it was fantastic. Girls were super sweet in there too, and it was a great vibe. People were enjoying themselves, and we were in and out quickly.“

“yes I recommend starbucks because for the most part it's wonderful. however, I order the same thing every day and I have had the last three days not what I ordered fully. I ask for and pay for extra splash of sweet cream and then not just cinnamon but I ask for extra and I don't even get a dash or punch of it at all. but then today there is Camel sauce in the cup and then drizzled on top. I don't have anything Carmel in my order at all. i order a venti iced americano with blonde espresso, extra sweet cream cold foam with an extra splash of sweet cream and extra cinnamon. Carmel is nowhere to be found in the order and then the word Extra is there but ignored. insert ingredients and ignore what is wanted. this happens more often than not at every location throughout the valley I go to. but the one on 83rd Ave and thunderbird is right by my house and I stop there on my way to work in the morning so I don't have a lot of time to sit for another 15-20 minutes for a new or fixed drink when I have sat there already for 15-20 minutes. I have gone to Dutch a few times and found a favorite there, I can just switch to them or even dunkin donuts is way cheaper and I've never had an issue with my drink made incorrectly when I went to them before. pay attention people. I've let it go on for too long and way to many times.“

“I went today and had the most delicious berry coffee latte with a gluten free breakfast sandwich. It was seasoned perfectly and made my morning. There was a beautiful hand-painted mural on the wall and a great welcoming vibe to the shop. The owner was kind and generous. I can’t wait to go again and try more of their lattes.“

“I came here after my shift so it was pretty late (around 10:30pm) and the service was absolutely beautiful. They saw my car pull up and the worker was already at the counter waiting for me to place an order. They even brought my order to my coworker and I. Boba was literally made so perfect too. “My husband and I normally stop and go thru the drive-thru at the Panera on Happy Valley Rd after hiking in the area. We always order the cinnamon crunch bagels. In the last few weeks, we’ve had some of the absolute best, freshest bagels ever but, today, the cinnamon crunch bagel was one of the worst we’ve eaten. It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“

“Yes for the coffee, I got their Cafe Miel with honey & cinnamon that was wonderful and a nitro. Thankful for the big one get one free ad from Facebook! I have been here before and appreciated the simple atmosphere and service. Today, the gentleman at the register didn’t look at me when I walked in, said absolutely nothing to me to acknowledge my presence, kept making drinks and then after about 5 minutes when he got to me at the register-he practically out stared at me. When I said a medium drink he rudely interrupted me and corrected me the terminology they use for their drink sizes and said “there ya go” when he totaled my order, insinuating me to tap my card. Super rude and unkind, but I continued with kindness. I want to go back but definitely not for him. Truly never seen a human so disgruntled in making coffee and offering kindness to the world. It’s not that hard to smile and appreciate life. You woke up today, be grateful.“

“Although there was a discrepancy in our order, the staff quickly fixed and even a visit from the manager sealed the deal that this place offers above and beyond service.

The food was fantastic. Highly recommend their biscuits and gravy, after all, why would they call themselves Biscuits if they couldn't deliver.“

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were two minor issues, one small cleanliness in the bathroom (a hairclip on the shower curtain from a prior guest and a hair on the wall) and one random charge from another guest. The staff was friendly and the grounds well maintained. Only bigger issue for me was the windows had to stay closed the whole stay (I do not with to look into the hallway or have passing guests look in)... I generally expect windows on the outside of the unit - view may not be great but it's a usable window.. with the layout of the building that was not the case for us. That said, other units did have reasonable windows so it just depends what room you get. The location is nice - food and shopping not too far.. some decent hiking though some trailheads very difficult to find. It's also a reasonable distance from Sedona for a day trip if you haven't been out that way. Liked that had the option of an adult only pool and bar. We did not go to the spa but the options looked nice, just didn't make the time. Overall, from other timeshare locations we've been too - was pleasantly surprised by Bluegreen and would certainly recommend.“
