We travel a lot and have visited different Firebirds and this one is absolutely horrible. The wait time to get seated is never true to your reservation. After we get sat we never have a waiter come to ask what we need for almost 10 minutes. Mind you the times we’ve gone it’s usually empty. We waited 30 minutes for the appetizer then 30 minutes for the food. One hour!!! The food came out either WAY undercooked (ordered medium rare) or charred (we ordered medium). Good food nice atmosphere
Came here for my husband’s birthday last year and he loved it so we came back today for his birthday and he was so disappointed and when he gave me a taste of his food it was so nasty the lobster shrimp and steak all tasted burnt. They need to clean that grill or something because it wasn’t like that last year. I feel bad for bringing him here☹️
