“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! “The yellow Curry and egg bomb dishes excellent spice heat was just right and if you needed more heat the staff brought it out along with your order. The staff were awesome very friendly and brought out our food in a timely fashion“

“I have visited Tom Yum Thai Restaurant on just about every occasion I have visited my parents in Peoria. It is very good food and pleasant staff. On a visit on Wednesday, Megan was working. She immediately recognized my mom and asked why she hasn't been in recently. My mom was very happy to be recognized so warmly. During our lunch, that happened with almost every table! Megan KNOWS all of here customers... and they LOVE her back. With such dedication and commitment, I assumed that she was the owner, but I learned that she isn't. For all the customers I saw in 90 minutes, I can easily say that Megan is half the reason they come. When did you last have THAT influence YOUR decision to go out for a meal? Thanks, Megan! “My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years. We love, LOVE this place. It's authentic with that Northern Thai flavor.
We recently found out rhe owner sold the restaurant, but is still the cook.
I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

The only downside, if they're busy, you might have a long wait for your order. So make sure your dining time is the only thing you have planned. IT'S WORTH THE WAIT“

“Best Thai food in arizona. we go to this place at least once a month and we usually order our regulars. Beer to start with, then , tomyum soup. the. fried rice, chinese broccoli, Cashew Chicken and end with coconut ice cream. everything g delicious everytime. “The food was great! They mentioned being short staffed with a small sign but the wait really was not that long. The man taking orders was all by himself so kudos to him for keeping all the orders, tables and deliveries together!! I got the chicken satay and chicken drunken noodles spice level 2 (which wasn't spicy at all but I was scared if 3 would be too much lol). So good!! Portion size is big so be careful!“

“First time at this new little neighborhood Thai place I found, super yum! I had the Hawaiian fried rice and it was flavorful, expertly prepared, and piping hot. Huge portions, enough for at least two meals. Will definitely be back!“

This vegetable egg foo yung was fantastic, all the vegetables were so varied in texture and density yet were each cooked to perfection, not soggy or rewarmed, but freshly sauteed with a light sauce, not gluey or oppressive, the egg foo yung patty was thick and generous (and there were 2). The rice comes in a separate little bowl which is esthetically pleasing, the service was quiet and prompt, the atmosphere was pleasingly dim, and the music was tasteful Asian easy listening, not overbearing or thumping. Just a fantastic pleasurable lunch with some of the freshest restaurant food I've ever eaten.“

The biggest improvement, the vibrant young gal working the front register and etc. She was very energetic, positive, quick, and friendly (compared to the man that was there always in the past -not the owner/chef, a diff guy). She’s a GREAT addition to your place!

The chef makes The Best Katsu Chicken. It’s made with Panko bread crumbs which also make a huge difference vs other crumbs.

I had to get the Pineapple Fried Rice w BBQ Chicken as this is a favorite of mine. There are so many flavors and textures! Please know my photo, I personally chop my grilled chicken up into small dice so the dish has equal bites.

The portions are large to share or have left overs, which I love!

I also recommend their Sticky Rice and Spring Rolls/Lumpia, so delish!
