Service was prompt and courteous. Mango mimosa was nice. Got the chilaquiles verde. That was NOT chilaquiles verde and it was room temp. Very disappointed. Ate my eggs and dug under for my potatoes. Left the rest on the plate.
We were at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport D1–D8 gates and stopped at Barrio Café.
Be careful—the water bottles on the table aren’t free; once opened, they cost about $8. We ordered nachos, but they were unusual with spinach, blue cheese, and a watery base, which didn’t taste great. The iced tea also tasted off.
Overall, the bill was high and the experience disappointing.

Low expectations, because, airport food, but dang! They hit it out of the park! Had beef street tacos and side salad that was super fresh greens and a lovely balsamic dressing. Food was plentiful and very tasteful! Also, not pulling any punches on the La Margarita! Very tasty all around for a Sunday lunch, pre-flight!!
