Absolutely LOVE Black Rock Coffee Bar. My mother & I have completely switched from going anywhere else. My husband & step dad also LOVE the coffee here. I’m not sure what they are doing but please keep it up this location is my absolute favorite the bagels are amazing I have even made my mom fall in love with the bagels. I frequently visit this location and have had positive experiences majority of the time. There have been a couple of isolated issues with my orders, but it is rare. The staff is friendly and I really appreciate their rewards program they offer. I hope to see a Black Rock added to the far north valley eventually. It is much needed.

Fast kind great quality coffee always friendly and responsive. Never feel rushed until after I few the effects of the great coffee. Staff is great they must be paying livable wages happy to see this company thrive.
