“The service is amazing at lunch time I needed 19 entrees. The manager (Jason)himself to care of it personally all of it as well as doing everything else and cooking at the same time. Never seen anyone make orders that fast. What a great job Thank you. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat. As well as Charilize and Adlia we're also helping also. Essentially it was impossible to make 19 orders that quickly for my office and they did Thank you so much.“

“Great place, I love Chipotle anytime, anywhere. This specific location is poor on parking spaces. There are plenty of people that do not know how to park, and so if you are not attentive to the layout, you will get blocked in. I think a few more paint markings and posted signs can rectify this problem easily. While I was there eating lunch, I saw a handful of idiots just park where they felt was ok.. in return, causing others to get blocked in. The safest place to park is walking distance near the trash dumpsters along the curbing.“
“I recently had the most ethereal dining experience at Chipotle. The moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that was unlike anything I've encountered before. The staff, Ian and Simon, were nothing short of celestial beings. Their kindness and attentiveness were absolutely unparalleled.

“I have no idea where the low ratings have come from because this Chipotle location is amazing! I asked my husband to grab some burritos because I was in the hospital. He came back quickly with the fattest burritos I have ever had from any Chipotle. The amount of each of the ingredients was equal and every bite was delicious! My husband said all the employees were working and doing their jobs, the place was nice and clean, and they got our order ready quickly and efficiently. I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry. We will definitely be back to this Chipotle. Thank you for the best meal I’ve had in weeks!“
“We love this location so much. The closest one to us is on happy Valley at Norterra and that location has been consistently bad in several ways for years. We went a long time without eating Chipotle because of them, and then we started going to this location and I will gladly drive out of my way for this location. Whenever I’m there, everything is so on point. The rices look fresh, the meat looks good, the line looks relatively clean, the chips are always salted and cooked properly. It’s just a night and day difference from the two locations so I have no issue driving to the further one. Keep up the good work!“
“Overall this chipotle is amazing on portions, quality of food and service when you come inside and order. The older women who wraps the burritos is always amazing at what she does. However, I would not recommend pick up, once you aren’t in front of them the portions become small, the burrito was not wrapped properly and fell apart when you picked it up, and it was colder than when you come inside and order. So I would only recommend this restaurant if you have the time to come inside and order, it not I do not think it is worth it.“

“Great restaurant at a great location.
When I was in downtown, I stopped here for lunch and it was worth it. I got the limited time brisket and it was great. The portion of meat, rice, beans and sour cream in my bowl was great. It was a lot of food and it was worth the few dollars extra for the brisket upgrade.
The food was really good and very flavorful.“
“My friends and I went in last night to grab dinner and were blown away by how kind everyone was, in particular Maddox who checked us out. He was really present, kind and provided such amazing service that we couldn’t help but notice. ❤️ Please let him & the others know … they are doing a wonderful job and making an impact with their interactions with customers. “If you want to eat healthy and delicious, it is a good option if you have a diet, a diet, or you are vegan. It will also work for you. The food is tasty and aromas to your liking. Even the dressings can be combined if you want to be truly excellent.“
“Visited 9/26/24 at 6:45pm. This Chipotle location and had a mixed experience. While there were some concerns, I want to start by emphasizing the outstanding work of the young cashier that night. She went above and beyond, staying focused, professional, and ensuring that the needs of the restaurant and its customers were met. Her dedication and work ethic truly stood out, and I believe she has the potential to be a great manager. She exemplified leadership qualities that should be recognized and appreciated.
However, I was disappointed by the behavior of another employee—a tall Caucasian man with tattoos on both arms—who was preparing meals on the line. Rather than assisting or acknowledging the efforts of his coworker, he called her over to check out a customer, even though she was already doing her job and keeping herself busy. This came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Additionally, he seemed more focused on socializing with other employees than on providing quality service to customers, and his attitude towards customers was less than professional.
I hope management takes note of both the positive and negative aspects of my experience. While the cashier deserves recognition for her exceptional work, the other employee’s behavior highlights the need for better training in teamwork and customer service.“
“Well, let me start off by saying that yelling at your employees is NOT the way to encourage them to do better. As soon as I entered this location on 7th st and bell all I heard was a very loud older employee at the register yelling at another employee (or two). I was greeted with a smile at the start of my order which was nice. Airforce veteran of 8 years and not once had I ever had to yell at a subordinate to get them to do their job correctly. Crazy concept I know. You work at chipotle…. Why are you yelling? Is the job really worth that? Answer is no. Build people up don’t break them down.“
“Had a pleasant experience eating lunch at this chipotle. For the first time in a long time. It is so much fun and fun and so good and I am glad to see that you enjoyed the experience with the restaurant that you shared it with us in person as we had so many amazing restaurants in town that I think it is very nice and so many restaurants there.

“Only giving it this so people are aware that this company is built on abuse mostly sexual, if I didn’t date they’re top lawyers friend, spawning a conflict of Interest, I’d never get what I’m owed. Court takes more than a long time but I’m exited that this company will be potentially held responsible for their repulsive chosen behavior/actions and pay me and few others part of what they owe us. Definitely ain’t the right location that’s why I gave 5 stars, but I don’t get payed to find and prosecute the disgusting crimes you purposely commit (especially mister completely incapable ‘gM’) I’m so excited to see those things be brought to justice.. btw if you eat there at all wait till after 1 pm, all the other food was from the day before, no one is properly trained on anything and none of it even tastes good it’s horrifically on what people choose to eat. There’s 100000000000000x better food odor 1/2-1/3 the price. It boggles my mind that people actually spend money to eat here. The fact this company still operates outside of bankruptcy; is nauseating. If you ever get fast food even Taco Bell is less likely to make you sick, just don’t. Chipotle has no standards other then milking every customer dry. See y’all after you receive your subpoenas’!! :)“
“We ended up here as we were hungry. Ordering was quick, food was good and tasty but as we went to sit the garbages were overflowing and drinks that had been spilled were not moped up.
Now maybe because it was around 8 pm and late, but that was the only think I would ask them to improve.“
“I had the most amazing experience at this Chipotle, all thanks to Giselle! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed. I hadn't been to Chipotle in a while, so she took the time to give me some pointers to make my meal just right. Her helpfulness and friendly demeanor really stood out.
There was also another incredibly nice lady who, after hearing about my less-than-ideal experience earlier that day at a different location, kindly offered some chips as an apology. The level of care and hospitality I received was unmatched.
This Chipotle has officially become my go-to location because of the exceptional service from Giselle and the entire team! And Giselle, if you're ever looking for a great Korean spot, check out Central Stone House on Hampton Ave—it's fantastic!

“Came in tonight and it was pretty busy and what I witnessed was sheer harmony. The four employees in the food line and register were not four individuals, they were a collective. A hive mind if you will. They moved as an absolute unit. At one point I saw the guy with my bowl, pico spoon in one hand, reach over and grab a handful of cheese and without looking drop it onto my fiancés quesadilla that THE OTHER GUY WAS HOLDING. It was like watching a no look behind the back pass in basketball, but at the highest level. Felt like I was reliving the Bulls in the 90’s. Thats the crew right there.“
“Love this place it's any shopping center the parking lot is a bit difficult to maneuver and then get out on the street but it's definitely worth it there's specialty drinks are outrageously good.
Vegetarian options: A selection is all up to you as to what you add to a bowl or burrito but the drinks are great the food is great the atmosphere is awesome“
“I always have a good experience at Chipotle. The food was great as always. The service was uniform. We went during the lunch rush so there were a few tables that needed to be wiped down. But that's understandable under the circumstances.“
