“I hope this reaches the right person. I had a fantastic experience at the Chipotle in Phoenix Arizona (Tatum and Cactus location). I had an issue with my rewards on a mobile order, and the cashier who was handling mobile orders and ringing people up (on Friday, March 28th at around 7pm) handled me with great care while ensuring other customer’s experience was not compromised especially during a busy time on a Friday night. I was thoroughly impressed with the young gentleman who assisted me and the way he was able to prioritize quickly to ensure all operations were handled smoothly was honestly impressive and something I’ve even struggled with in previous service roles. Kudos to the team and please let this store’s manager know of this employee’s high level of service!!“
“I ate at Chipotle and loved it! Marcos suggested the Chicken Bowl, and it was tasty and fresh.
I also had a Mexican Coca-Cola, and it was a perfect match with the food.

“chipotle, bomb food for the most part, great service, i mostly get takeout though... whenever I'm inside chipotle i get this like weird post industrial like half modern vibe from the decor and flair, not their fault it's just how chipotle does their restaurants“
“I have been eating at Chipotle since they opened their very first store, and today I had the best burrito I have ever had from the company. Sorry Steve, the teens working today beat you, 😂.
This particular branch has made a massive improvements over the past 4 years, and is by far the best Chipotle in the valley now, (Scottsdale Fashion Square is the Worst!). I am not sure which manager is responsible for the improvement but they deserve a raise! Please don’t promote them out of this store though, I don’t want it to decline in quality.
The staff here is always very quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and looks new when you walk in. I can’t say the same for the all the other Chipotle’s in town but this one is currently excellent.“

“Whoever is managing this place at the moment deserves a raise. Shoutout to all the employees too. This is by far the cleanest Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I see this place had complaints about cleanliness a few months ago, but they completely turned it around. Everyone was literally wiping their stations after every customer. As a regular customer, I can’t express enough how much it is appreciated 🙏 Other Chipotles should learn from this one!“

“I have no idea where the low ratings have come from because this Chipotle location is amazing! I asked my husband to grab some burritos because I was in the hospital. He came back quickly with the fattest burritos I have ever had from any Chipotle. The amount of each of the ingredients was equal and every bite was delicious! My husband said all the employees were working and doing their jobs, the place was nice and clean, and they got our order ready quickly and efficiently. I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry. We will definitely be back to this Chipotle. Thank you for the best meal I’ve had in weeks!“

“Visited 9/26/24 at 6:45pm. This Chipotle location and had a mixed experience. While there were some concerns, I want to start by emphasizing the outstanding work of the young cashier that night. She went above and beyond, staying focused, professional, and ensuring that the needs of the restaurant and its customers were met. Her dedication and work ethic truly stood out, and I believe she has the potential to be a great manager. She exemplified leadership qualities that should be recognized and appreciated.
However, I was disappointed by the behavior of another employee—a tall Caucasian man with tattoos on both arms—who was preparing meals on the line. Rather than assisting or acknowledging the efforts of his coworker, he called her over to check out a customer, even though she was already doing her job and keeping herself busy. This came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Additionally, he seemed more focused on socializing with other employees than on providing quality service to customers, and his attitude towards customers was less than professional.
I hope management takes note of both the positive and negative aspects of my experience. While the cashier deserves recognition for her exceptional work, the other employee’s behavior highlights the need for better training in teamwork and customer service.“
“I always come here for the new chicken they have, Was sad that they didn’t have any for closing which was understandable since they were about to close so It wasn’t that deep not the type to make a big fuss about it because i’m a manager at a fast food restaurant my self. But The girl who took care of us was really kind ☺️☺️ she deserves a raise. She had very pretty eyes and she was also tall. She’s a good employee and i like how she wasn’t rushing us at all“

“The guy that helped us was amazing, I think he said his name was Jose 🤔 our food was perfect. When I asked for a side of lettuce I actually got some lettuce instead of the little sour cream container of lettuce. He's quick and friendly. Definitely staying with this location“

The prices are very reasonable, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to unwind.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which added to the overall enjoyment.

When I was in downtown, I stopped here for lunch and it was worth it. I got the limited time brisket and it was great. The portion of meat, rice, beans and sour cream in my bowl was great. It was a lot of food and it was worth the few dollars extra for the brisket upgrade.

“Only giving it this so people are aware that this company is built on abuse mostly sexual, if I didn’t date they’re top lawyers friend, spawning a conflict of Interest, I’d never get what I’m owed. Court takes more than a long time but I’m exited that this company will be potentially held responsible for their repulsive chosen behavior/actions and pay me and few others part of what they owe us. Definitely ain’t the right location that’s why I gave 5 stars, but I don’t get payed to find and prosecute the disgusting crimes you purposely commit (especially mister completely incapable ‘gM’) I’m so excited to see those things be brought to justice.. btw if you eat there at all wait till after 1 pm, all the other food was from the day before, no one is properly trained on anything and none of it even tastes good it’s horrifically on what people choose to eat. There’s 100000000000000x better food odor 1/2-1/3 the price. It boggles my mind that people actually spend money to eat here. The fact this company still operates outside of bankruptcy; is nauseating. If you ever get fast food even Taco Bell is less likely to make you sick, just don’t. “This location has fresh goods. Unlike the one on 24th street and baseline which is skimpy on the meat and everything seems like it's been sitting too long this location serves up huge portions Its immaculate service is swift and everything always tastes fresh I highly recommend this location if you are craving a wrap or bowl“
“We ended up here as we were hungry. Ordering was quick, food was good and tasty but as we went to sit the garbages were overflowing and drinks that had been spilled were not moped up.
Now maybe because it was around 8 pm and late, but that was the only think I would ask them to improve.“
“Came in tonight and it was pretty busy and what I witnessed was sheer harmony. The four employees in the food line and register were not four individuals, they were a collective. A hive mind if you will. They moved as an absolute unit. At one point I saw the guy with my bowl, pico spoon in one hand, reach over and grab a handful of cheese and without looking drop it onto my fiancés quesadilla that THE OTHER GUY WAS HOLDING. It was like watching a no look behind the back pass in basketball, but at the highest level. Felt like I was reliving the Bulls in the 90’s. Thats the crew right there.“
“Love this place it's any shopping center the parking lot is a bit difficult to maneuver and then get out on the street but it's definitely worth it there's specialty drinks are outrageously good.
Vegetarian options: A selection is all up to you as to what you add to a bowl or burrito but the drinks are great the food is great the atmosphere is awesome“
“The service is amazing at lunch time I needed 19 entrees. The manager (Jason)himself to care of it personally all of it as well as doing everything else and cooking at the same time. Never seen anyone make orders that fast. What a great job Thank you. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat. As well as Charilize and Adlia we're also helping also. Essentially it was impossible to make 19 orders that quickly for my office and they did Thank you so much.“
