2026 update: ick. Cupbop has gone downhill. The walls are filthy, the front door is stuck, and they have handwritten signs everywhere with up charges for things like sauce or water cups. It just seems to be much trashier than it was a few years back. Beef (.89 upcharge) seemed VERY low quality and our bowls were 85% rice.

Good quick food (like an chipotle) and store. With the app, it often doesn’t register my purchase with points. Last 3 times it didn’t give points. If earning rewards matter, that can be frustrating. . However, that is technology and not the fault of the lovely people who work so hard to make great fun food in a clean and friendly store!

Brady - the Manager at your location off of Amity in Meridian Idaho did an excellent job of Customerservice and represents your brand very well. I came to them with a concern on something that was left out on an order and he went out out of his way to rectify the situation. It’s sad that More companies don’t follow his lead into taking care of their clientele. I will be a return customer based off of this experience.
