Spoke with District Manager, Jennifer regarding my lack of tomatoes on my order placed on 09/07 at store # 1246.
She told me I didn't have to make a complaint regarding this, all I had to do is ask for "extra" tomatoes.
First of all, I submitted feedback regarding my visit, isn't that what it's there for?
I never once asked for anything but an ear to listen to my concerns.

Posted drive-thru closing time posted is 10PM. However, at 9:45 on 07/12/2021, they ghosted a line of 4 cars. Three vehicles waited 10 minutes before the first car got someone to come to the window. They stated they were closed, shrugged and shut the window on everyone. This is not the first time that the hours of operation haven't been followed.
