Everything tastes fresh, and the restaurant puts a lot of care into the food. Popular dishes include the Memeluya Bandera Style, Pipián Verde enchiladas, Super Quesadilla with steak, and the Mole Poblano. The Pipian Verde is even better, made in several small batches every day. The burrito with red salsa from PUYA chile has a super delicious smokey flavor. The green and red enchiladas are both spicy, and the tortillas are handmade daily. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the people are sincere. The prices are amazing, and the restaurant is clean and not too busy.
