Five Guys in Phoenix

“A very nice and convenient location to get burgers. And now they have hot dogs.
The hot dog with bacon and cheese is really good. And as always, the fries are a massive order. The fries are crispy and flavorful as well.
And when I went, it was just after lunch time and they were not busy at all.“

“Despite asking for a burger, well done and getting my burger and it not being well done I said I wasn’t gonna come back here again. I decided to give it another try but before I did, I was going to tell the person at the cash register how my last experience was I told Alexis and she apologized and helped correct the situation. 😉.“

“Good dining experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and the restaurant was clean. The burgers themselves were very good but I did feel like the frys were a little soggy and not very crispy. You get a lot for your buck when you order frys since they do big scoops which is good. There’s parking on the side which can get full, but there’s extra parking in the back. Overall a good and average experience no complaints.

Parking: Plenty of parking with spots on the side of the building and the back.“

“Customer service was great. They greeted me when I walked in the door. I was looking at the menu and the man asked me several times if I needed help with my order. I ended up ordering fries due to the high prices but the fries were so good & fresh. I used vinegar and ketchup on them.“

“I had had a craving for a McDonalds burger for a couple days but as I was driving back home from my medical appointment I remembered Five Guys was going to be coming to my town soon, so I thought to myself let's find a Five Guys! I hadn't been in probably a couple ofyears. I had the 'normal' cheeseburger, which is a double. If you want a smaller burger, getvthe 'Little' which is a single. I had mine with ketchup, mayo and grilled onions. I also got the small French fries, which is more generous than a large fry everywhere else. They fill up a little cup of fries and then they dump another scoop in your bag. I got a regular sized fountain drink to round out my order. They haven't he CocaCola Freestyle machines so you can customize your drinks. I got OG CocaCola.
The burger was just about perfectly cooked. They aren't as heavily seasoned as Mickey D's and could probably use a bit more, but it was fresh meat and freshly cooked. Tasty and Delicious! The fries were well seasoned and thicker than the Golden Arches, perfect with a good gob of ketchup. The ice cold Coke rounded it out to a perfect lunch that totally satisfied my craving.
It wasn't very crowded and it didn't take too long to order or get served. The AirCon made it a little coolish for me, but that would be my only complaint. Excellent job to all!

“Came in for a last minute party order. Proceeded to order 24 burgers and 8 large fries. Staff didn’t even flinch. Got it out to us in 15 minutes. Made sure to number the burgers based on the order we gave them so we can distribute quickly. Food was cooked to perfection. Thank you all“

“The guy who rang me up I believe his name was Zander, he was so sweet and explained the whole menu to me without hesitation and he didn’t sound annoyed with me or anything. He was super friendly and when he first saw me trip when I was coming in he didn’t make me feel embarrassed or anything, super sweet young man! He deserves a raise! Amazing customer service and the store looked spotless!“
