“I had an outstanding lunch yesterday at the Five Guys on 15435 Scottsdale Rd, and this location has officially become my favorite. The gentleman with braids who made my burger went above and beyond—he took the extra time to make sure the cheese was perfectly melted before placing it on the bun. That level of care is not something I’ve consistently experienced at other Five Guys, and it made a noticeable difference.
The fries were another highlight. Instead of the usual mix of remnants and potato skins I often get at other locations, these were evenly cut, evenly seasoned, and sturdy enough to dip in ketchup without falling apart. A small detail, but it really elevated the meal.
The restaurant itself was spotless. The condiment counter was fully stocked, the ketchup dispenser was filled (a rarity), and even the soda machine was clean and not sticky. The whole place felt well cared for.
On top of that, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
