“Outstanding Service at Five Guys!
It has been a while since my last visit, but this location reminded me why I love coming here. I just walked in and haven't even tasted the food yet, but the customer service was so phenomenal I had to write a review immediately.
The crew working tonight—Abigail, Anthony, and Lee—provided the absolute greatest experience. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making the entire ordering process outstanding. Five Guys always delivers a great product, but a team like this is what makes a place truly special!“
“We are big Five Guys customers (hubby’s fave burger) and we popped in for the anniversary BOGO event. Unfortunately the staff had no idea what was going on and even though I had the app and the code/info it did not work at all.
The manager Angel R was great! She tried so hard to figure it out and finally she just rang in our order and comped us the second burger.
The burgers were the best we’ve had at any Five Guys location! I wish I’d taken a pic the moment I opened it because it was literally picture perfect and could have been in an ad!
