Five Guys in Surprise

“I was very impressed with this stores willingness to give GREAT customer service the gentleman who took our order was very polite and did not act like he wanted to be ANYWHERE else like many people in the foods industry seem to do lately. I noticed that the soda machine had gotten a bit sticky with soda syrup and I quietly mentioned it to one of the cooks who thanked me and within a couple minutes there was a nice lady out there wiping them down and doing general clean up and she did it with a smile and not grudgingly like she was put out by some complaining customer (THANK YOU VERY MUCH IT WAS REFRESHING TO SEE KINDNESS) then on top of that the cook piled up the fries (management do not chastise your staff for this it was a VERY APPRECIATED act) and this act and the cleaning up without bitterness will DEFINATELY BRING US BACK!!!! THANK YOU!!!“
