We're visiting Phoenix and Gus's did not disappoint. The fried chicken is so good, the fried okra was some of the best I've ever had, and I'm not an iced tea drinker at all, but their sweet tea totally won me over.
Our server Amy was amazing. Super nice, helpful, and she kept coming around to refill our drinks without us ever having to ask. The refillable drinks come in a take-home cup too, which is such a great touch.

Is it the best fried chicken I've ever had? It might be! The food and service are just phenomenal. Jimmy took great care of us. Also try the pecan pie with ice cream. Crazy good!
