The IHOP restaurant in Phoenix, AZ offers a great dining experience with quality service and cleanliness. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with an appealing kids menu. While there was a minor issue with a hair found in one order, the staff promptly resolved it. IHOP also caters to diverse dietary needs, including halal options, making it a popular choice for occasions like Ramadan. The pancakes are delicious, and the staff, including the exceptional server Mary, are attentive, friendly, and eager to please. The restaurant is very clean, with great service and yummy food. The manager is also friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience enjoyable for the whole family.
