“Walked in and was greeted with a smile. Amanda Y was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Her presence and attention to our orders was on point especially with our picky eater phenomenal customer service. Thank you Amanda for being our server tonight you rock.“

“Went for dinner, and surprisingly there weren’t many people around — I guess not many folks eat at IHOP for dinner 😂. The waffles tasted like packaged, reheated ones. The first order of mozzarella sticks had rubbery, barely stretchy cheese, and the second order had cheese that was completely solid. Super disappointing — I was expecting that nice, melted cheese 😭.“

“Everything was absolutely amazing! Came in on a very busy Sunday morning and was seated promptly after about 10 minutes for a party of 4+ infant . The food was hot and fresh and our waiter Ishmael was fantastic. His service was so good that our family asked what days he works because we want to come back and visit him again ! The cooks in the back definitely know what they are doing because no one at our table had a complaint & we are very picky eaters . We will definitely be back !“

“Unfortunately can't say much but that i placed my order a few weeks ago believing it was 51ave as it says online only to find it was 51st far from my 43ave but it's not my reason for review but that as I called to get a stop order from thid location and mangment said the refund can take 7days still no refund I believe mistakes are preventable jf online address was creditable instead of it saying 51st sve it should say 51st idk what ave meant but yeah no refund yet but I still love ihop my favorite location is 43ave and bell My mistakes for not confirming but a drive was no issue if it wa a 51ave but 51st yeah big difference of 25 min from me“

So I asked the waitress if I could get the Belgian waffle (the single waffle just comes with butter) but add the toppings that come on the Mexican tres Leche pancakes (vanilla sauce, dulce de leche & whipped cream) and she said 'sure!'... And let me tell you, I think if I would've had more than just the 1 waffle, I would've exploded or thrown up! Lol. It was SO so good!! 💜 The whole place was practically empty & it was dinner time on a Friday.. thought that was weird. Lol. And the waitress did a great job, was very polite!“

“Food is always very good, and our server Dulce is one of our favorites. She is attentive and polite and our order is alway correct. Food is consistently good. The only thing inconsistent is the restaurant temperature, some times it’s really cool, but other than that no complaints.“

“Went in at 4am after a long night of driving and waiter Angel was so sweet and kind. He helped me pick out a meal I ended up loving and accommodating all of my detailed requests. He was attentive and on top of it, without making me feel rushed. Great service.“

“IHOP was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it—especially the pancakes, which were soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive, with friendly staff who checked in often and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely a 5-star visit, and I’ll be coming back again soon.“

“I Love IHOP....But....breakfast more better. I came for lunch and I wanted my usual cinna-stax but my wife was obligating me for salmon broccoli and mashed potatoes, wad so not it. Broccoli wasn't even steamed or suited, just a bunch of room temperature Broccoli ( I ate them anyway) salmon was OK. Mashed potatoes was...mashed potatoes. I like IHOP and I'm gonna keep coming, bit not for salmon and Broccoli“
