Indigo Room Coffee offers the best matcha in town, made with care by the sweetest baristas. The drinks are high quality, not sugar bombs, and the staff genuinely enjoy their work. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and quiet, making it a great place to unwind or catch up with friends. The café is exceptionally clean, and the staff are always welcoming with genuine smiles. The coffee tastes fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced, with quality ingredients in every sip. The matcha is fantastic quality, and the attached antique shop is fun to browse while waiting. The sandia matcha is a perfect phoenix summer bevy for hydration and caffeine. It is on the pricey side, with matcha around eight or nine dollars, but it is one of the best matcha places in the Phoenix area. The attention to quality and customer service really stands out, making it easily one of the favorite coffee spots. Whether stopping in for a quick drink or spending time working or catching up with friends, it is a great place to be. Highly recommend checking it out for a great coffee experience.
