“It’s been a while since I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s, and the food was great! The two gentlemen making the sandwiches provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job. The only thing I noticed was that the manager on duty was addressing them while they were taking orders, which made things a bit awkward for customers. It didn’t seem urgent and probably could have waited until after. Just a tip!“

“Came in and the line was long and busy. Although under pressure the kid who made my sub was patient and yet kind. Followed my instructions on how I wanted my sub done and was kind. I believe his name was Iza or Isaiah. Thanks kid. The place was clean and smelled clean also“

“Hmmmm looking at last couple reviews and I am not feeling that. I went here after I just worked 10+ hours and just was not going to cook. ( I manage a restaurant) I had a buy 2 get 1 giant for free. Perfect for my family. I believe it was a Saturday around 5ish almost 6. Anyhow there was 4 you people working and all very helpful and friendly. Now remember I manage a restaurant, so I stood back and watched these 4 work and they were one hell if a unit never missing a beat. In store/online orders. Great job to management and even as high as ownership for taking care I’d these employees. I will be back for sure“

“Today was the first time I had their tuna and in all honesty I thought it was way better than the quality you get from Subway. Typically when I go to Jersey Mike’s, I always get my usual, which is The Italian done up Jersey Mike’s way. I decided to switch it up and I was quite impressed with their Tuna. Now, at least I have some other options when I go versus doing the same thing over and over again. I’m a creature of habit when I find something I like I just stick with it.“

“I came here today on Thursday, 9/11, around 7 pm and the service is EXCELLENT!!! The staff are very friendly and you can tell the difference with the customer service skills here compared to others food places in the area, which cannot compare to the friendly and welcoming staff!!!! Great job!“
“Everyone here is awesome! All the guys working today were super attentive and helpful and did a thorough job cleaning to help with an allergy!The store manager must be awesome too because even though she wasn't there all the employees were saying how great she is.“

“The subs are good. Fresh cut meat is nice. Still don't know all the "bonus" or "hidden" toppings. This particular location has good people. Catch them later at night when they're not busy, and they're very nice. When busy, well-oiled machine, so less talkative.
Dietary restrictions: Udi's GF buns. (Typical dry stuff) Staff is trained very well to clean up before preparing.“
“Admittedly, Had a rough experience with this store a year ago, but they’re so good now. Management has improved drastically. They’re faster, more attentive, more friendly. Great changes across the board, especially autumn. Love the improvements she’s made as a manager!!!“
“I stop by this Jersey Mike’s almost every week, and it’s always a great experience! The sandwiches are consistent and the team is always friendly and welcoming. Today I met an employee named Angel who was especially kind and made the visit even better. It’s nice knowing I can count on this location every time. Best Italian sub in the area!“
