I placed an order at 6:11 PM with an estimated pick up time of 6:30 - 6:36PM. When I arrived i discovered the staff hadn't noticed my order and gave me a new 10-15 minute estimate for my order. It was clear from the ambiance that the staff had just been talking instead of monitoring the orders coming in. All of the staff that works at this location needs to be properly retrained or not hire any more young kids. Management needs to be on top of their staff ASAP.
I also placed a formal feedback directly on the companies website. This is the third review I’ve left over the years. 1. They did not give me a marinara sauce I paired for. 2. The marinara sauce I got was half full. 3. The stuff crust pizza is as thin as the box it came in or thinner. This location does not meet the overall standard of little Cesar’s. Take your money to another location this one SUCKS!!! Obviously the workers could care less and they just want a paycheck....read full review
