McDonald's is great I'm loving it.
The food is consistently good, but the service is consistently slow. If there’s even a single customer in front of you at the drive-thru, the worker at the window won’t speak to you until that particular customer pulls forward to the second window. As in you have to wait for them to order, pull forward, pay, and then pull forward again before anybody talks to you.
