We love Pizzeria Bianco and dine there every time we are in Phoenix. The food is authentic and reminds us of Italy in its beautiful simplicity, flavors, and presentation. Even the ambience reminds us of Italy in its understated way. PB's fennel sausage pizza is outstanding, and their Gaeta Olives are among the best I've tasted in America. Their wines are well sourced. The biancoverde is soo good and so is their pappardelle pasta! A perfect dog ear slice and bright tomato sauce for the pasta. Even the olive oil was bright in flavor to dip the bread in. The bread was chewy and seemed like the least interesting thing to eat. I will be back!
Great pizza, salad and coffee. This is not made with your typical industrial ingredients, it is from local ingredients thus why you get something that taste truly good and different from many other places. Their food and drinks will enlighten your mouth and senses.
