I am not a big Starbucks fan to start, and this is a poor Starbucks. You should know that I am a coffee n**** and roast my own coffee beans at home. Therefore I have high standards, but am forced to find coffee where I can when not at home. Starbucks roasts their beans very dark, so the roast flavor overpowers the bean's natural flavor, thereby providing consistency at a cost of flavor. It is great to have it in the hotel but it is a 30 minute line to get a cup of coffee. No one told us there is a coffee maker in the bedside cabinet either so we waited and waited for the cup of Jo

My orders were prompt and done well, and baristas were very busy all day. However, Starbucks rewards program is not honored. Happen to hear of a Starbucks promotion? “We don’t do that here”. Generous tip seems expected. No seating, not even to wait. Atmosphere ranged from neutral to not welcoming, just head down, get your order and go. For a store that is so highly lucrative, you can afford to be more friendly and down to Earth.
