I placed an order through the app and ordered a footlong teriyaki chicken sub, and they sent me a 6 inch that wasn't even warm when it arrived, same with my foot long meatball pepperoni sub. I tried to call TWICE to see if I could get a refund on that, but all I was met with was an ear piercing dial up tone and then I was hung up on. Closes on at 6 can’t even eat in there.
Placed an online order. On one of the sandwiches was suppose to have extra veggies. When I picked up and took home my sandwich Did Not have extra veggies, it barely had on regular amount. I called and went back down to have sandwich remade. When I arrived, they were unfriendly and did not offer anything for my time having to correct their mistake, none the less it’s over 100 degrees outside.
