There was an employee in the drive thru who claimed to be the manager, he was out of uniform. He didn’t supply his name. He was extremely aggressive and rude and was antagonizing my husband. We understand when you order through an app that pickup through the drive thru isn’t regular protocol but he wouldn’t explain why we couldn’t pick it up that way.
