It's sad when you step in and the people that are working look at you make eye contact but there is only silence and no welcome in, followed by welcome, hello or anything to acknowledge the customers presence... can you give us a second and we'll be right with you. I mean we have eyes and see that you all are busy ...
Long wait times. Waited almost 40 minutes passed when my order should have been done. Got my order and came home to find out one pizza is missing. Tried calling the store and now I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes. Kid at the counter was nice enough, but that’s about it. Not sure I’ll be back, I can’t even find a way to get in touch with anyone about my order. :(
Don't know if its understaffed or what. Went for portal pickup and they dont even use it. (Not sure if broken or what) Hot and ready wasn't even stocked. As a service worker myself, I feel bad for them but also, where is the manager?? Every pizza was rushed and it shows. Hardly any sauce, cheese stayed close to the center. Hire more people. These guys look miserable
