Just had the rajas gordita for a snack- it was amazing!! Pretty spicy, but the combination of flavors made me very happy!! We'll be back!!
Not too bad for airport food. Service was fast and friendly, and the food tasted good and not too dry.
I checked out all the Mexican spots at the airport and this seemed like the best bet. Tacos were good, if a little small, but not super airport expensive. 5 stars is for the extra spicy salsa… some of the best sauce I’ve had in a long time, and I eat a lot of sauce. It had a great deep dried chile flavor and was plenty hot. An American voucher well spent!
Tacos Chiwas is a great restaurant located in terminal 4. The food, especially the carne asada tacos, is delicious with juicy, tender meat and tasty veggies. The red hot sauce adds just the right spice. The service is fast and efficient. The atmosphere features good music and friendly staff, including bartenders like Travis who make great margaritas. Managers like Aaron ensure guests have a good experience. Many visitors plan to return, finding the food and vibe worth the stop during their travels.
