Viet Kitchen has amazing Pho. We come here all the time when we are in the area. Its one of the only Pho shops that offers a veggie broth and tofu for my vegan family member, and I can still get a nice flavorful Pho Tai. The restaurant is pretty big and we haven't really ever had to wait for a table, and the service is amazing, they are always so nice and the food arrives super fast.
We came here for lunch and stopped by on a hot day. There was plenty of parking and a handful of people inside here. The menu had a lot of choices which was good. We ordered the Spring Rolls, Prime Pho ($11.95), and a Bun Bo Hue ($11.95). The Spring Rolls tasted good to me and the peanut sauce had the same consistency as other places.
