Waffle House in Phoenix

“Honestly the guys that were working at 11pm were so so sweet! Honestly best customer service I have had in a while. I ordered online and I messed up my hash brown order and they got it all fixed up for me, they were super understanding, and the food was served quickly. It was delicious!“

While I was there I was able to see everything
I saw the manager working
She was really work
She was helping the tall cook
He was really fast
But most of the time you hardly see a manager work.
It was very pleasant to watch
Overall it was a good visit
Plus it was very clean.

“Im old school waffle house. This still had remnants of that flavor. Waitress was clearly experienced and skilled. I'd go again. Had the Texas bacon sandwhich bfast. It was also tasty. The waffle dissapointed but I see no loss there. Go have fun!“

“This was my first time dining at Waffle House.
I'd seen them for decades, but never tried them.
On first observation, the place was very clean and organized.
We sat at the bar and my first negative comment was about the seating there.
Whatever the covering of those seats is, it made it very difficult to slide onto and off of the seats.
I felt as if I had sat on a seat covered in syrup.

The menu I had was dirty, having syrup and a piece of what looked like hash brown stuck to it.
The server (Jordan) was cheerful, attentive, and professional.
The Chef was well organized and very good at cooking various items at the same time and getting them out quickly!
The only negative was that the hashbrowns were a bit more browned then I like, but as I didn't ask for them to be lightly browned, thats on me!
The third member of the crew was constantly cleaning, keeping the place in good order.

My only suggestion for this location would be to remove a few booths and add a few more regular tables.
Not everyone like booths (we don't).
The only table they had was being used by the server for her own purposes.

The food was good and well done.
